Get in Touch
For partnerships, brand collaborations, and product feedback, connect directly with the 2manybooks team.
Use this page to reach the right 2manybooks inbox. Choosing the correct channel helps us respond faster and keeps account, privacy, and press requests from mixing.
Include your username, relevant links, and a clear summary when you write. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or unrelated personal documents.
1. Account and product support
For login problems, order questions, listing issues, or general product help, start with Help Center. If you still need a person, email support@2manybooks.com from the address on your account when possible.
Include in support requests
- Your username and account email.
- The page or order involved.
- What you expected versus what happened.
- Screenshots when they clarify the issue.
2. Privacy requests
Privacy questions, access requests, and deletion requests should go to privacy@2manybooks.com. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.
Review the Privacy Policy for the categories of information we handle and the rights that may apply in your region.
3. Accessibility
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email mail@2manybooks.com with the page URL, assistive technology in use, and a short description of the barrier.
The Accessibility page also explains product preferences that can improve readability and motion comfort.
4. Partnerships and brand collaborations
For publisher partnerships, retailer collaborations, affiliate discussions, or brand projects, email mail@2manybooks.com with your organization, timeline, and proposed scope.
We cannot commit to every request. Clear goals and relevant audience fit make evaluation easier.
5. Press and media
Journalists and researchers should use the Press page for boilerplate and then email mail@2manybooks.com with deadlines, outlet details, and topics of interest.
Do not use support@ for embargoed or interview requests unless you are also reporting a product outage that affects coverage.
6. Catalog quality and product feedback
Edition errors, cover problems, and duplicate records can often be reported from the relevant book or entity page. For broader catalog feedback, email support@2manybooks.com with links and the correction you recommend.
Feature ideas and workflow feedback are welcome at mail@2manybooks.com. Describe the job you are trying to finish, not only the control you wish existed.
7. Response expectations
Response times vary with volume and verification needs. Urgent safety, fraud, or active-order issues should say so in the subject line and include the order reference.
Social channels are useful for product updates but are not reliable substitutes for support or privacy inboxes.
